Once you have placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email of your order. If for any reason we cannot fill your order (eg: out of stock or colour) we will contact you immediately to discuss the order, so please make sure you have given us contact details where we can reach you any time during working hours, this will avoid any delays with your order.
Once the order has been packed we will send you an email confirming freight details. If you do not receive an email within 2 days please contact us to make sure we have your correct contact details.

Shipping Policies
1. All items will be shipped via Australia Post, feight charges will vary according to the size of the order & delivery location. We use a trackable service and a signature will be required for delivery.
2. Packages over 1 metre will be shipped via private courier, these parcels must be consigned to an address where there is someone who can take delivery & sign for it otherwise please provide a work or business address.

4. Oversized and overweight packages will likely incur additional freight charges. For example items including, but not limited to rocket launchers and aluminium t-tops. Contact us for details.
5. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within Australia.
6. If your shipping charge shows a $0.00 cost, please contact us at 1300 732 383 since special shipping rates could apply.
7. Returns/Exchanges - If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 21 days of receipt for a return authorization. Returns/Exchanges without authorization will not be accepted. Returns/Exchanges after 21 days of original receipt will not be accepted. All Returns/Exchanges MUST be in original packaging and in unused/re-sellable condition.
8. Flybridge is not responsible for the shipment once it has been delivered.
9. Important: if you are not there when a satchel or parcel is delivered Australia Post will leave a card for you to present to the nearest post office for collection. Please contact us for a consignment number or enquire at your local post office, if the parcel has not arrived within a reasonable period please call us at 1300 732 383.
