Within Australia
 

1. All items will be shipped via Australia Post (EParcel), freight charges will vary according to the size of the order & delivery location. We use a trackable service and a signature will be required for delivery.

2. Packages over 1 metre will be shipped via private courier, these parcels must be consigned to an address where there is someone who can take delivery & sign for it otherwise please provide a work or business address.

3. If you have any particular shipment instructions or prefer a faster delivery please send us an email or contact us at 1300 732 383

4. Oversized and overweight packages will likely incur additional freight charges. Please Contact Us for a quote and other details.

5. Free shipping offers are only valid for orders placed within Australia.

6. If your shipping charge shows a $0.00 cost, please contact us at 1300 732 383 since special shipping rates could apply.

International Orders

1. We only accept bank transfers or PayPal payments for international orders.

2. If you wish to place an international order, please contact us at sales@flybridge.com.au and we will inform you the total cost of the order (prices will be discounted in a 10% -VAT_) and shipping quote.

Disclaimer

1. Pricing may vary according to the weight and size of the package.

Dimensional weight charges will be added when applicable. If you are not sure about the freight cost, please Contact Us or call us at 1300 732 383 for a quote.

2. No order will be shipped without receipt of total payment.

3. Flybridge will not ship any order C.O.D.

4. Telephone number of the recipient will be required for all deliveries.

Warranty Claims

All products are covered by a manufacture’s warranty. The period of warranty will vary from product to product. Most products come with a 12 month manufacture's warrant. We will resolve any genuine warranty claim in the best possible way as part of our excellent customer back-up service. Please contact us for all warranties, faults or returns prior to the return of any stock so we will be able to advise you of the most efficient way of handling your warranty claim.

Note: Please assume a minimum processing time (from time of placement until order ships out) of 72 business hours (Monday to Friday).
Flybridge reserves the right to utilize any courier service necessary to meet our delivery commitments.
